Money transfers

The Bank accepts money transfers from individuals without opening a bank account at the personal request of Customers (hereinafter referred to as the Payer).

The basis for money transfers without opening an account is the Payer's order within the framework of the applicable forms of non–cash payments in a form established by the Bank indicating the necessary complete and reliable transfer details, including the details of the Recipient (hereinafter referred to as the Order)

The transfer is carried out by the Payer's Order, upon presenting an identity document in cases established by the Russian law, and a power of attorney and/ or other documents confirming the powers of the representative in the case a transfer is done by the Payer's representative. If the Payer fails to provide the specified documents, the Bank has the right to decline the transfer.

When making a transfer, the Bank identifies the Payer in order to comply with legal requirements, including in order to counteract the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism, in accordance with the Bank's internal regulatory documents and the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The transfer is carried out within three working days. The transfer of funds to bank accounts that are part of a single treasury account is carried out within no more than one business day following the day the Payer provides cash for the purpose of transferring funds without opening a bank account.

The Bank does not provide services for issuing money transfers received by individuals without opening a bank account and services for cross-border transfers without opening a bank account.

The Bank provides transfers and related services to the Payer for a fee paid in accordance with the Bank's current tariffs. The Bank's tariffs are posted at customer service points (on the Bank's information stands) and on the Bank's official website in the Tariffs section. The Bank's commission fee is paid by the Payer in excess of the transfer amount.

The Payer may revoke the Transfer before the irrevocability of the Transfer (the moment the Payer provides cash for the purpose of transferring funds without opening an account, unless otherwise specified by law).

If the Bank is unable to execute Orders on the transfer of funds due to the recipient's data mistakenly indicated by the Payer, the Payer's violation of the Russian law, and in other cases provided for by the Russian law, when, for reasons beyond the control of the Bank, funds cannot be credited to the recipient's account, the Bank does not refund the commission fee for the transfer of funds.

Restrictions on money transfers may be established by regulatory acts of the Russian Central Bank.

The payer has the right to file a claim regarding the quality of the transfer. The procedure for handling claims is indicated on the Bank's official website in the "Handling complaints" section.

Possible risks of unauthorized access to information provided by the Payer to the Recipient in order to receive a money transfer, and recommended measures to reduce them are published on the Bank's official website in the "Financial literacy" section.
